Read the TermsOur landscape design process is a collaborative heavy-lift. When we commit to a site in New York, we're bringing machinery, specialized plant care expertise, and raw labor. We expect site access to be clear and utility lines marked. Why would you compromise your own installation by hiding a pipe? We're partners in this growth. Failure to provide a safe workspace will result in immediate suspension. We don't gamble with our crew's safety.
We require a 40% deposit to secure your slot in the installation calendar. Our irrigation systems and plant stock are sourced specifically for your project. Payments are strictly NET-15.
We guarantee plant health for 90 days, provided our maintenance schedule is followed precisely. Nature is unpredictable, but our engineering isn't. Don't drown the succulents.
The garden designs remain Verdant Compass Co.'s property until final payment is cleared. No stealing our dirt-logic.
We're not liable for weather-related catastrophes. Hurricane-proof gardens don't exist yet.
Disputes are handled in New York, New York. We prefer shovels to lawyers, but we're ready for both.
